DASSH 2008 Conference and AGM
Over 45 people attended the two and half day conference to hear about the potential and implications for the Arts, Social Sciences and Humanities from the new government and leaders of its reviews. Extensive discussion and plans for the future was generated from the presentations on the DASSH projects and from the Australian Science Media Centre. Equally as thought provoking were the presentations on the future of the PhD, sector issues in New Zealand and fundraising.
