The AGM is held in conjunction with the Annual Conference.
Each financial member institution is represented by a person attending as a voting delegate.
Voting at the AGM is restricted to voting delegates but non-voting delegates from member institutions are welcome to attend.
Any member unable to attend is entitled to appoint a Proxy to attend and vote.
The 2009 AGM was held in conjunction with annual conference in Newcastle on Wednesday 30 September.
The 2010 AGM will be held during the conference in Perth, Western Australia. Date to be advised.
